How to use

Choose a breathing pattern (Relax, Box, or 4-7-8) and a session length (1, 3, 5, or 10 minutes). Tap Start and follow the circle — breathe in as it expands, hold when it pauses, breathe out as it shrinks.

Breathing patterns

Relax (4-0-6)
4 seconds inhale, 6 seconds exhale. Best for relaxation and sleep.

Box (4-4-4)
4 seconds inhale, 4 seconds hold, 4 seconds exhale. Great for focus and meditation.

4-7-8
4 seconds inhale, 7 seconds hold, 8 seconds exhale. Helps with anxiety and falling asleep.

Does the screen stay on during a session?
Yes. The screen stays awake while a session is running so you can always follow the breathing circle.

Can I change the color?
Yes. Tap the color circle in the top right corner to choose from 8 theme colors.

Are my settings saved?
Yes. Your selected pattern, session length, and color theme are saved automatically.
